This 'melt-proof' ice cream is infused with exotic proteins


The arrival of September brings an end to rapidly trying slurping ice cream down before it becomes a liquid mess. But that’s not because of cooler weather: scientists in Scotland have this week announced a new formula for ice cream that will keep it frozen longer. This melt-resistant ice cream is also healthier and more environmentally friendly.
